If you haven’t heard by now, T.I. hasn’t yet beaten the legal system. Yesterday a federal judge accepted the embattled rapper's plea agreement.

In the deal, T.I. will serve a 12 month prison sentence and 1500 hours of community service, in addition to one full year of house arrest.

It seems that T.I. could possibly be getting some good news later today.

After serving months of house arrest, it seems that at 1:30PM EST today, Judge Allan Baverman will announce a decision that could determine the rapper's fate.
