It looks like actor Wesley Snipes could be a flight risk after all.
After having been recently convicted of tax evasion it seems the U.S. Attorney's office wants Wesley to start serving his time ASAP.
The U.S. Attorney's office just filed a motion demanding that Wesley surrender himself to police custody.
However, previously, a judge agreed that the 90's acting heart-throb could remain a free man until his appeal is processed.
It looks like they might be locking our boy up anway, huh?
Check it out below:
Snipes was found guilty and sentenced to three years in jail for not paying his taxes for several years.
He still owes millions of dollars!
The judge felt Wesley was not a flight risk, but that doesn't seem to be good enough for the feds.
"We want him in custody," said Steve Cole, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office. "He's been convicted by a jury. He has been sentenced to three years and he should be in custody."[Source]
