From Juelz Santana's publicist:
September 2, 2008 – New York, New York. Landing back into New York City today, Juelz Santana, DipSet Member and CEO of his very own SKULL GANG Records was faced with rumors about his European Tour that took place from Thursday, August 21st to Monday, September 1st.
On Sunday, August 31st, an angry Promoter visited the hotel where Santana and his travel party of eleven (11) were staying. Preparing to perform at the Sheperd Bush Empire in London that night, the SOLD OUT event was canceled when sparks started to fly. “Bottom line, my former Manager along with an ex group member (no specific names mentioned due to the “No Snitching” rule) accepted an astronomical amount of money for a paid date that never happened or was ever brought to my knowledge. I was NOT robbed. My Staff and I were kicked out of our original hotel for the commotion. The Promoter; myself; and my DipSet Associate Blackadon, worked out the outstanding issue like bosses do. They even drove us to a recommended hotel after we worked out the differences”, states Santana. “The London and Wolverhampton shows were canceled by the UK Police minutes before show time due to the hotel commotion and the Police’s inability to handle the turn out”, states Lynn Hobson, Publicist for Santana who was on site during the chaos.
Juelz Santana along with JR Writer and SKULL GANG Members Richmond Rab and DJ Tobb Cobain invaded Europe on a nine date tour. Amsterdam; Rotterdam; Sweden; Switzerland; Norway (Trondheim, Bergen, and Oslo) London (Police Cancellation); and Wolverhampton (Police Cancellation) all received the Rap Artist with open arms.
